Time and place for hearing application for order requiring guardian of mentally ill or incompetent spouse to join in conveyance or mortgage of homestead--Order fixing.
SDC 1939, § 51.1705.
Upon such application being filed the court must make an order fixing a time and place for hearing, which time must be at least twenty days from the filing of the application.
