S.D. Codified Laws § 42-7B-52 (2026)
Taxes and fees to support identified entities.
SL 1989, ch 374 , § 43E.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the taxes and fees provided in this chapter shall go into effect to support the entities identified in this chapter.
