§ 39-18-12

Sale or offer of unregistered remedy prohibited.

No person shall sell, deliver, hold, or offer for sale any animal remedy which has not been registered with the secretary of agriculture and natural resources as provided in §§ 39-18-3 to 39-18-8, inclusive.
