Federal permits for introduction of organisms and products produced through genetic engineering authorized for use in state.
SL 2004, ch 257 , § 1.
Any holder of a permit issued pursuant to 7 CFR 340, as amended to January 1, 2004, is authorized to use the permit in South Dakota.
