§ 37-24-28

Jurisdiction retained by court issuing injunction.

SL 1971, ch 218 , § 14 (c).

For the purposes of §§ 37-24-26 and 37-24-27, the court issuing an injunction shall retain jurisdiction, and the cause shall be continued.
