§ 36-21A-131

S.D. Codified Laws § 36-21A-131 (2026)

Licensee--Limited relationships.

SL 1998, ch 229 , § 8.

Any licensee performing services authorized by §§ 36-21A-119 to 36-21A-150, inclusive, is limited to the following relationships:

(1) Single agent:
1. (a) Seller/landlord agent;
2. (b) Buyer/tenant agent;
(2) Limited agent;
(3) Subagent; and
(4) Transaction broker.
