Beverages to which chapter applies.

SDC 1939, § 5.0201; SL 1971, ch 211 , § 39; SL 1987, ch 261 , § 15.

The provisions of this chapter, unless the context otherwise clearly requires, shall be construed to relate to all alcoholic beverages.
