§ 34A-2-74

S.D. Codified Laws § 34A-2-74 (2026)

Initiation of action to recover penalties.

In addition to or instead of issuing an order, the secretary or board may initiate appropriate action for recovery of a penalty, pursuant to §§ 34A-2-75 to 34A-2-79, inclusive.
