§ 34A-2-11.1

Presumption favoring existing quality standards.

SL 1978, ch 260 , § 3.

For the purpose of §§ 34A-2-10 and 34A-2-11, existing valid water quality standards shall be presumed to be in accordance with such sections and the presumption shall be rebuttable.
