S.D. Codified Laws § 34-26A-33 (2026)

Promulgation of rules.

SL 1988, ch 283 , § 33; SL 1998, ch 211 , § 5; SL 2023, ch 129 , § 27.

The State Board of Funeral Service shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26, to establish:

(1) Standards for crematory sanitation;
(2) Standards for refrigeration;
(3) Standards for equipment; and
(4) Fire protection requirements.
