S.D. Codified Laws § 32-33-5 (2026)
Misfeasance by public officer--Removal from office.
SDC 1939, § 44.0502.
Any officer violating any of the provisions of §§ 32-33-1 to 32-33-4, inclusive, shall be guilty of misconduct in office and shall be subject to removal from office.
