§ 3-1A-6

S.D. Codified Laws § 3-1A-6 (2026)

Violation as misdemeanor or petty offense.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter commits a petty offense. However, any person who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
