S.D. Codified Laws § 26-10-27 (2026)
Knowledge of parent or guardian.

The knowledge of a custodial parent or guardian may not be imputed to a person under the age of eighteen years for the purposes of §§ 26-10-25 to 26-10-29, inclusive.
