On entry of judgment or decree, the clerk shall file the following:

1. (1) The agreement and each written extension of the time within which to make the award;
2. (2) The award;
3. (3) The order confirming, modifying, or correcting the award; and
4. (4) The judgment or decree. The judgment or decree may be docketed as if rendered in an action.
