§ 21-22-6

Commencement of supervision by court.

Supreme Court Rule 239, 1939; SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 33.2603.

Immediately upon the filing of the papers required by §§ 21-22-3 and 21-22-4, supervision by the court shall be deemed to commence.
