§ 15-26A-49

S.D. Codified Laws § 15-26A-49 (2026)

Waiver by failure to order transcript.

SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 33.0737; SDCL, § 15-29-9 ; Supreme Court Rule 80-2.

Failure to order a transcript within the time fixed by this chapter shall constitute a waiver of the right to such a transcript.
