S.D. Codified Laws § 13-55-45 (2026)
Secretary to approve vouchers and draw warrants.

The secretary of the Department of Education shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by §§ 13-55-37 to 13-55-46, inclusive.
