S.D. Codified Laws § 12-22-34 (2026)
Elections to which primary contest law applies.

The judgment of the court shall be final, and the provisions of §§ 12-22-29 to 12-22-35, inclusive, shall, so far as applicable, apply to contests of nominations and elections by primary election.
