Agencies constituting department.

The Department of Human Services shall consist of the following agencies:
- (1) The Division of Developmental Disabilities;
- (2) South Dakota Developmental Center--Redfield;
- (3) The Division of Rehabilitation Services;
- (4) The Division of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired; and
- (5) The Division of Long Term Services and Supports.
