The bureau may accept and expend any funds obtained from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any other source if such acceptance and expenditure is approved in accordance with § 4-8B-10. The Bureau of Information and Technology shall continue to be responsible for the expenditure of funds authorized for building, expanding, maintaining, and operating the network.
