ARSD 74:56:05:03 – Corrective action preceding a Tier 1 assessment.

If the department determines that a petroleum release is adversely affecting on-site or off-site receptors, the responsible person must implement corrective action to remove the source of the contamination or must mitigate the adverse effects before conducting a Tier 1 assessment.
