All owners or operators of AST systems must prepare and maintain a release notification plan at each AST facility so that it is readily available in the event of a release. At a minimum, the plan shall contain information necessary for reporting a release, including:

1. (1) A listing of local and state agencies designated for release notification with telephone numbers;
2. (2) The name of the facility;
3. (3) The name and telephone numbers of the owners and operators;
4. (4) The address of the facility with the legal description;
5. (5) The identification of ASTs corresponding to the notification form;
6. (6) The name of the regulated substance stored with a material safety data sheet for each regulated substance; and

7. (7) A description of the facility, including site maps and surface drainage diagrams.

   Information contained in the release notification plan must be updated annually.
