The results of all cathodic protection testing and system checks, as well as the results of the last two inspections performed by a qualified cathodic protection tester in accordance with subdivision 74:56:01:14(2) and, if applicable, the results of the last three inspections as required in subdivision 74:56:01:14(3), must be maintained.
