ARSD 74:56:01:08 – Performance standards for new UST systems -- Installation requirements and submission of proof of compliance with requirements.

All tanks and piping must be installed according to a code of practice developed by a nationally recognized association or independent testing laboratory as specified in 40 C.F.R. § 280.20 as published at 80 FR (July 15, 2015) and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

All owners or operators shall submit information demonstrating compliance with this section and provide a certification of compliance on the UST notification form in accordance with § 74:56:01:12.
