An accelerated schedule of monitoring is required upon determination of probable out-of-compliance status. The accelerated schedule requires monthly sampling in addition to quarterly sampling of the compliance monitoring point for the water contaminant which has met the criteria of § 74:54:02:26 for two months or until the facility is brought into compliance.
