In addition to the general public notice described in § 74:52:05:14, the public notice of a hearing shall contain the following information:

1. (1) Reference to the date of previous public notices relating to the permit;
2. (2) Date, time, and place of the hearing; and
3. (3) A brief description of the nature and purpose of the hearing, including the applicable rules and procedures.
