During the public comment period, any interested person may submit written comments on the proposed permit and may request a contested case hearing in accordance with chapter 74:50:02. A request for a contested case hearing must be in writing and must be prepared and filed in accordance with § 74:50:02:02. All comments must be considered in making the final decision and must be answered as provided in § 74:52:05:20.
