Applicants for new sources, new discharges, and discharges from existing manufacturing, commercial, mining, and silvicultural activities must report according to §§ 74:52:02:09 and 74:52:02:10 any pollutant in 40 C.F.R. Part 122, Appendix D, Table V (July 1, 2016) if it is believed to be present.
