In accordance with § 74:36:20:22, the department may file a petition containing the information required in article 74:09 with the chairman to request an order directing corrective action, to request that an enforcement hearing be scheduled pursuant to the provisions of chapter 74:09:01, or to request that the construction permit be suspended or revoked for noncompliance.
