The national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for flexible polyurethane foam production and fabrication area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart OOOOOO (July 1, 2024). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart OOOOOO is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart OOOOOO. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart OOOOOO.
