The general provisions for new source performance standards are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart A (July 1, 2024). For the purposes of this chapter, "administrator" means the secretary, except for those authorities that cannot be delegated to the state, in which case "administrator" means the administrator of the EPA.
