The department may terminate, revise, or revoke permits for violations of the Clean Air Act or this article or for nonpayment of a fee. Invalidation of the acid rain portion of an operating permit does not affect the continuing validity of the rest of the operating permit, nor does invalidation of any other portion of the operating permit affect the continuing validity of the acid rain portion of the permit.
