ARSD 74:36:05:32 – Administrative permit amendment required.

An administrative permit amendment may be issued for a revision to a permit meeting the requirements of § 74:36:01:03. An application for an administrative permit amendment shall contain a description of the change and documentation supporting the applicant's claim the revision qualifies as an administrative permit amendment.
