An amendment to a permit can be applied for at any time by the submittal of an application. The application must specify whether the requested permit revision is an administrative permit amendment, a minor permit amendment, or a permit modification. The application shall contain the necessary information required for an administrative permit amendment, minor permit amendment, or permit modification.
