The department must develop an episode emergency contingency plan and maintain the plan following the requirements in 40 C.F.R. § 51.152 (July 1, 2024). The department must reevaluate the contingency plan in accordance with the requirements in 40 C.F.R. § 51.153 (July 1, 2024).
