An insignificant increase in allowable emissions is a physical change or change in the method of operation that results in air emissions less than the following amounts and the change does not trigger § 74:36:01:10(3) and (4):

1. (1) 10 tons per year of particulate matter;
2. (2) 5 tons per year of PM10;
3. (3) 3 tons per year of PM2.5;
4. (4) 10 tons per year of sulfur dioxide;
5. (5) 10 tons per year of nitrogen oxides;
6. (6) 10 tons per year of carbon monoxide;
7. (7) 5 tons per year of volatile organic compounds;
8. (8) 0.1 tons per year of lead;
9. (9) 1 ton per year of fluorides;
10. (10) 2 tons per year of sulfuric acid mist;
11. (11) 2 tons per year of hydrogen sulfide;
12. (12) 2 tons per year of total reduced sulfur;
13. (13) 2 tons per year reduced sulfur compounds;
14. (14) 2 tons per year of municipal waste combustor emissions; and
15. (15) 10 tons per year of municipal solid waste landfill emissions (measuredasnonmethaneorganiccompounds).
