Within 10 days after the receipt of a notice of temporary cessation or of any information supplementing the notice, the department shall send a copy of the notice or additional information to the department of game, fish and parks and to the county commission and local conservation district in the affected county. The agencies shall have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to file written comments for consideration by the board. The failure of an agency to respond within 30 days constitutes its approval of the temporary notice of cessation.
