The reclamation plan must address reclamation of all process and storage ponds associated with a millsite. Items which must be addressed include the following:

1. (1) Physical reclamation of the ponds;
2. (2) Solution disposal;
3. (3) Sludge disposal; and
4. (4) Liner removal or disposal.
