ARSD 74:27:20:03 – Establishment of ambient water quality.

For any parameter detected in the initial assessment sampling described in § 74:27:20:02, the owner or operator shall collect and analyze samples from each designated monitoring well to establish ambient groundwater quality by collecting a minimum of four samples over a six-month period with no two samples being collected in the same month.
