The designated detection monitoring parameters shall ensure an accurate representation of groundwater quality at the upgradient and downgradient wells. At a minimum, groundwater parameters must conform to the monitoring parameters listed in 40 C.F.R. Part 258, Appendix I, as published on Fed. Reg. 51,032 and 51,033 (October 9, 1991).
