The following fee schedule applies to certification examinations and to renewal fees:

1. (1) The fee to take a certification examination is $10;

2. (2) The annual certificate renewal fee is $6 per certificate.

   Fees from applicants who take the examination but are later determined to be ineligible may not be returned. Fees from eligible candidates who fail the examination may not be returned.
