Method for making pressure tests -- Special orders -- Filing.

Each operator shall measure the shut-in pressure on all wells with a calibrated gauge annually. Shut-in pressure tests shall be performed after the well has been shut-in for at least 24 hours. Results of the tests shall be filed with the secretary.
