- (3) Director 3: representing all of Hyde County; all of Sully County; the cities of Orient, Rockham, and Seneca in Faulk County; Arcade, Bryant, Ellisville, Hillsdale, Irving, Orient, and Zell townships in Faulk County; and Southwest Faulk and West Potter unorganized territories in Faulk County;
- (4) Director 4: representing the cities of Blunt and Harrold in Hughes County; Raber township in Hughes County; and Crow Creek, West Hughes North, West Hughes West, North Hughes and West Hughes Southeast Unorganized Territories in Hughes County;
