Notice of vacancy for the initial election of water development district directors shall be published pursuant to SDCL 46A-3B-6 in a newspaper selected by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources in each affected county. The newspaper shall be an official newspaper of the county designated pursuant to SDCL 7-18-3.
