Publication of the notice to determine high or low water mark.

The publication of the notice to determine an ordinary high or low water mark, in addition to the requirements of SDCL 43-17-24.1, shall conform as far as practicable to the requirements of SDCL 46-2A-3 to 46-2A-6, inclusive.
