Well driller license representatives and water well pump installer license representatives must successfully complete four hours of continuing education activities annually. Continuing education hours shall be earned between January 1 and December 31 of each year beginning January 1, 2003. Continuing education hours in excess of four hours per year may be carried over to the next calendar year.
