A well driller, based upon the qualifications and experience of the license representative, may be licensed to drill one or more of the following types of water use wells:

1. (1) To depths no deeper than the greenhorn formation:

   1. (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;
   2. (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;
   3. (c) Irrigation use;
   4. (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;
   5. (e) Commercial use;
   6. (f) Industrial use;
   7. (g) Geothermal use;
   8. (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling;

2. (2) To depths deeper than the greenhorn formation:

   1. (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;
   2. (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;
   3. (c) Irrigation use;
   4. (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;
   5. (e) Commercial use;
   6. (f) Industrial use;
   7. (g) Geothermal use;
   8. (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling.
