Types of water use wells.

A well driller, based upon the qualifications and experience of the license representative, may be licensed to drill one or more of the following types of water use wells:
(1) To depths no deeper than the greenhorn formation:
- (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;
- (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;
- (c) Irrigation use;
- (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;
- (e) Commercial use;
- (f) Industrial use;
- (g) Geothermal use;
- (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling;
(2) To depths deeper than the greenhorn formation:
- (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;
- (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;
- (c) Irrigation use;
- (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;
- (e) Commercial use;
- (f) Industrial use;
- (g) Geothermal use;
- (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling.
