ARSD 70:03:01:88 – Approval to weigh at private scale required before issuance of permit.

Before a single-trip permit or telephonic permit is requested to move a load to a private site, the permit applicant must obtain approval from the owner or operator of the private scale to weigh the motor vehicle or motor vehicle combination.
