70:03:01:62. Longer combination vehicle -- License requirements. Yearly commercial license fees, as set forth in SDCL 32-9-15, or 30-day commercial license fees, as set forth in SDCL 32-9-22, must be paid to cover the maximum gross weight which the LCV, as authorized under § 70:03:01:60, can carry prior to the use of a permit.
