70: 03:01:52. Operating restrictions for overwidth municipal sludge vehicles. In addition to the speed restrictions in SDCL 32-22-42.11 , overwidth municipal sludge vehicles may operate only during daylight hours and shall conspicuously display flashing warning lights or an amber revolving light.
